HOW WE HELP
The New Hope Children’s Hostel provides the children and their caregivers with accommodation, meals and transport to the Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI) for treatment and back to the hostel.
The hostel also provides palliative care services including counselling, basic nursing care, assisted play and spiritual care. It also provides legal aid support services and there are always fun activities for the children to help them deal with their treatment.

Donate via GlobalGivingThese are still challenging times for us all, and we hope you’re in good spirits and health! KHC is doing everything possible to sustain daily operations and provide services to our community. Our New Hope Children’s hostel for children with cancer, who are from disadvantaged rural families, needs our help to ensure the children can continue to access cancer treatment. And we need your help so we can continue to provide them with food support during this crucial stage of their treatment.
GlobalGiving from 8 to 12 March is matching donations at 50% up to $50. So if you have $10 you can donate that will certainly put a smile on one of our little patients’ faces.
